Joomla! 3.7.0 released

Considering that Joomla 3.7.0 of the open source content management system was supposed to be released on March 28, 2017, due to some technical issues, this release was delayed until the stable version of Joomla 3.7.0 was finally released on April 25, 2017. became ;

   In this version, the following security issues have been fixed, which include :

• Low priority - core - XSS Vulnerability (affected by Joomla 3.2.0 to Joomla 3.6.5)

• Low priority - core - XSS Vulnerability (affected by Joomla 3.2.0 to Joomla 3.6.5)

Since I had already explained about the features added in Joomla 3.7 in the previous news, some of the features were far from my imagination.

Anyway, the new version of the best CMS in the world, as well as my favorite CMS, has been released, and I will explain the new features below :

Customize the tinyMCE editor

In the content section, plugins have been added to this editor, including: menu, field, and user, which are inserted in the third row of the editor tool, and each of them adds a menu, field, and user to the content, as well as in the editor's settings in the management. Plugins, you can customize the editor.

Custom fields

Ever wanted visitors to see more details on content, users, and contacts? Through custom fields, you have a unified way to display them, custom fields offer up to 15 types, different fields, such as list, text and date fields... The site administrator will be able to create them for content, users and contacts. When editing an article, the fields will be displayed in a separate tab and can be filled. Using the field group, custom fields can be grouped into separate tabs. Access levels, multilingualism, skins and other options are ready for you to adapt them to your needs.

Management of multilingual sites by the multilingual associations component

Building multilingual sites is better and easier to manage with the help of the multilingual dependencies feature. The new Multilingual Dependencies component allows you to translate your content from an interface. Interface plugin developers can also prepare their plugins to integrate with this new feature. Improved workflow

The appearance of the buttons has changed and become more beautiful, as well as the appearance of the date and time selector.

Menu management

You are free to have different management menus based on the access level of the user group. If you prefer, you can still use Joomla's own preset menu! Without any customization.

Easier maintenance of extensions

Plugin developers can now place a token in their extensions detector!

This allows you to prevent administrators from removing components, modules and plugins individually, this feature prevents accidental removal of important parts of a extension, such that to remove a extensions you have to remove the entire package.
