Joomla 3.1.0 released

The Joomla team ( joomla! project ) proudly announces the release of Joomla 3.1.0 open source content management system on April 24, 2013. This release is related to Joomla 3X series and includes many changes that we will discuss below :

1. Optimization and improvement of Tags component
2. Show logs in the debug console
3. Install Refactor to use new application classes and MVC
4. Fixed more than 242 bugs
5. Fix security issues related to XSS attacks, information disclosure (Information Disclosure) and DOS
